Shoregate Apartments Terms of Use
1. Arrival and Departure
The earliest check-in time is 4 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please leave the holiday let before 10 am. Other arrival and departure times can be agreed upon individually with the Owner. If no Guest checks in by 11:30 pm on the day of arrival, the contract is considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
2. Payment and Cancellation
Payment is due in full upon booking the holiday let. All guests must be over 21 at the time of the booked stay. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the booked arrival day, no refund will be issued. It is strongly recommended to buy a holiday insurance policy (which includes cancellation insurance covering sickness and unavoidable reasons for cancellation).
3. Expectations
3a. Condition of the Let
Please leave the holiday let in good order and in a clean condition to how it was when you arrived. Make sure to wash any used dishes and leave any furniture where it originally was. Used towels and bed linen should be left in the coloured bags provided and explained in the booking emails. On the day of departure, please be sure to take all personal belongings with you. Any forgotten personal belongings will be appropriately disposed of. If any item is damaged upon arrival to the holiday let, please contact the Owner immediately otherwise you may be charged for the damages.
3b. Visitors, Children, Pets and Smoking
No extra visitors are permitted on site other than the 1 or 2 paying guests. No children and no pets are allowed in the holiday let. No smoking and no vaping is allowed in the holiday let.
4. Liability
The Owner has no liability for any influence on the holiday let due to Force Majeure. The Owner is not liable for personal items or vehicles in the event of theft, fire or extreme weather conditions. Take note of local parking restrictions as the Owner is not liable for any parking tickets or violation fees. The Owner holds the right to decline or cancel any booking for the purpose of emergency work being done to the holiday let or other similar reasons.
